Not very current but I bought it solely to have some PACU reference. Easy to read. All in all, I liked it a lot!
Bought the book as a resource for the department, and it gets used. Was a great deal for the price.
Good resource
I love this book! It is a great review book for those who have been out of college for awhile or for those who might be new to perianesthesia nursing.
This book is outdated and copyright is 1994. I would reccomend using a more updated textbook to study for the CAPA exam.
Starts with a review of body systems and moves on to the different types of anesthesia and the meds used. As a new PACU nurse, it was just what I needed to get started
