So if you're starting or are already in a Learn to Skate program, this is a good book to buy.Some notes: The design of boots, and how people dress on the ice have changed since this book was published. For example, there are no longer any wooden skate guards (although I wish there were!) However, the information on how to tie boots, and the comments on skating are still good.
